Full use of the barn & grounds for the weekend is $2,500 flat fee . Half of the fee is payable upon booking your date and the remainder is due 30 days prior to your event.
You are welcome to use the barn kitchens for food prep, serving, and clean up. You are also welcome to hire any catering company you prefer. If you do not have one in mind, we may be able to help with suggestions.
An additional refundable $250 deposit will be required to cover damage or failure to clean up.
Harmony Hill Guest House may be rented for your event for $250 a night from the Thursday prior to your event through the Monday night following your event. The house sleeps 10+ people (currently a King bed, 2 queen beds, full bed, daybed/trundle either 2 twins or combined for a king, couch2 folding twin beds & a few air beds). Pets: $25 for 1, $35 for 2-3, $50 for 4+
Campers/RV’s are welcome, as space allows, for $15 per day. We have both 30 and 50 amp electric service available (first come, first served!). We can’t keep campers hooked up to water, but can fill their tanks if needed.
