Some venues only allow a few hours before/after the ceremony for decorating and clean up. That is just not enough time and creates a stressful environment for everyone involved. Our decision to limit our venue to one event per weekend allows you to start decorating on Thursday prior to your event. Only last minute details like flowers, food, and getting yourselves ready would be left, for an almost stress free event day!  We ask that all food be clean up the night of your event, but we allow you through Monday to return and finish your clean up.  You are welcome to have your rehearsal dinner here as well at no additional cost. 


Our flat pricing allows you to use anything we have at no additional expense. This includes tables, church pews & chairs, table cloths & chair covers, beverage dispensers, real wine & champagne glasses, plus an extensive collection of decorations and serving pieces.

Many venues are particular about not allowing much decorating for fear of damaging their walls. Since our walls are weathered wood, it isn’t going to hurt them to put a tack, nail or screw into them. And if it does, then we will just remove that board and replace it! No worries! You can decorate to your heart’s content to create a unique look for your special day! If you can envision it, we can probably figure out a way to make it happen.
